Tough 1500 Resin is the most resilient material in our Tough and Durable family of functional resins. Choose Tough 1500 Resin if you want rigid and flexible parts that bend and return to their original shape quickly.

Tough 1500 Resin performs similarly to polypropylene in terms of strength and stiffness, making it an excellent choice for prototyping products that will be made from that material.

Tough 1500 Resin is certified as a material safe for skin contact, which also makes it the ideal material for wearable devices, personal protective equipment (PPE) and other consumer goods. For parts to be certified safe for skin contact, the recommended post-processing directions for Tough 1500 Resin should be followed without deviation.

It is certified as biocompatible. Post-print photopolymerization is required.
Tough 1500 Resin has material properties that fall between Durable Resin and Tough 2000 Resin , making it a durable, robust and versatile material.
